Traffic Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Safety of our students, staff, and parents is our number one priority during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-ups. As you prepare for drop-off and pick-ups, please consider the following alternatives to utilizing our front parking lot which can become very busy:
If you must use the front parking lot, please follow the directions of staff members, be courteous to other drivers, and stay off your cell phones. Safety comes first!

Happy Holidays, Jaguars!
Our annual Toy Drive, to benefit the students of Riverside Elementary in San Pablo, starts on Monday, December 5th and goes through Friday, December 9th. Leadership kids will be coming in to collect toys each day at the beginning of 7th period. If it is easier, students may drop off gifts before school in PT-8. Each grade level has been assigned a specific age group to buy for, but remember, all gifts are welcome and appreciated. We will take all new, unopened and unwrapped gifts.
Grade level assignments are:
6th grade: ages 5-7
7th grade: ages 8-10
8th grade: ages 11 and up
All gifts are welcome but possible suggested gifts are toys, sports apparel for Bay Area teams, art supplies, anything Star Wars or Disney (including t-shirts), jewelry-making kits, etc.
Along with the drive, Leadership is sponsoring spirit days to get everyone into the holiday spirit of giving. The spirit days are:
Monday: Winter Sports Day – Wear apparel of your favorite sport that is played in the winter (basketball, football, skiing, ice hockey, curling (?))
Tuesday: Comfy Sweats Day – No pajama bottoms, please
Wednesday: Snow Day -Wear all white
Thursday: Seasonal socks
Friday: Seasonal Beanies/Hats - Must be removed when in class
Coffee with the Superintendent
Come meet San Ramon Valley Unified School District’s new Superintendent Rick Schmitt at our “Coffee with the Superintendent” on January 26, 2017 at 10:30am in the Library.
At this coffee, the Superintendent will share a little about his priorities, the District’s “Framework for Excellence” and his philosophy. What Mr. Schmitt most appreciates is hearing from parents and one of his priorities is two-way communication. He always walks away from these meetings having learned new, interesting and important information. The Superintendent will be meeting with every school parent community this fall. If you can’t make this event, check out Www.srvusd.net/coffeeswithsupt for details of other meetings. If you have questions, please email his Executive Assistant Cindy Fischer at firstname.lastname@example.org.

As an incentive, we are raffling off $25 Starbuck's gift cards on a monthly basis. To be entered, please register as a carpool participant using the linked Google Form below.
