Transitioning into the next grade level in Middle School can be quite challenging for some students. To help you be more prepared in mathematics we have provided you some summer math to complete in August as you get back into “school mode.” This will help you be more confident as you enter your math classroom.
Make sure you download the work for the math class you will be entering in the fall. The first day of school will be on August 24th and the worksheets will be due on Tuesday, September 6. Please do not wait until school starts to begin your summer math since you will also have daily homework to complete.
In addition to completing the math practice, we encourage you to strengthen your logical thinking skills by playing games such as checkers, chess, Clue, Risk, cards etc.
